Same-day registration is permitted during early voting and on Election Day.

Voter ID may be requested if you vote in person (Hawaii is a vote-by-mail state, unless someone can’t or doesn’t want to vote by mail.).

Paid
Per vote411.org: Employers must give employees two hours to vote, unless polls are open 2 hours before or after regular working shift. This time is paid, with proof that the vote has been cast.

Ends: 7:00 PM on Election Day
