Photo ID required
If a photo ID can’t be presented, a provisional ballot can be cast and counted if an ID can be shown up to two days after Election Day.

Paid
Per vote411.org: Employers must grant employees up to three hours paid leave to vote, unless polls are open three hours before or after regular working shift. Employees must request this time by noon the day before Election Day, and the employer may specify when during the working day employees may take time off.

Begins: 20 days before election
Ends: 5 days before election (7 for a presidential preference primary)
(Note: Times and locations vary, so check your polling place to see where/when you can cast an early vote)

Absentee/mail voting is available for voters who are eligible through the state’s list of qualified “excuses.”
